History will be made in 2009!
I love America! I cannot tell you how I feel right now, but I can tell you it is incredibly patriotic! John McCain just announced his running mate, a woman!(a mother of five! you go girl! although, I feel a bit like an under achiever now!) come January 2009, our country will either have it's first African American as president, or it's first Woman as Vice President...how wonderful is the time that we are living in!? I do not know who is getting my vote yet, but I am so proud of my country for the choices that we have before us this year! I am so proud of my country for the great progress that it is making! I am so proud to be an American!

While I do see the appeal of having a woman on the ballot, I have to say, I am a little disappointed that it isn’t Romney on there... I just liked the guy :) But what does my opinion matter anyway... I'm not even technically American... :)
I couldn't agree more! If you saw many of the convention speeches this week,they were amazing!
I'm leaving this here, so you will get it. You should know that the are men who read your blog. My father mentioned that your PMS post was a little girly, but he's used to that sort of thing :)
