little tidbits...

Alex is such a sweetheart, and one of his favorite things to do is cook. He loves to experiment with different ingredients. Greg is still sick and last week Dale and I had several late nights with him...one morning I overslept, and when I got up, Alex had made breakfast. It was the day after St. Patrick's day, so he made green pancakes with red sprinkles...

Here is his beautiful creation! How cute is he!?!

David has always loved to put stuff on his face or head...One time when he was about 2 he covered his bald head with stickers..

Here he is as a baby pulling a hat on his head...

Here was one of the many times he colored his own face...

And here he was last week...with tape all over his face!?!/?!? I know I am his mother, but even I have no explanation for this...

and just for fun....

The other Day I noticed Rave #8 at walmart...How funny is this picture?!?!?!? This look was accomplished with Rave #4...think of all the possibilities for my hair with Rave #8!!

(I added this photo of my current hairstyle so no one thinks I am still running around with the hairstyle in the above photo!!)

The breakfast was sweet, but the pancakes do look a little suspect. David's eyes look SO beautiful in the picture with the tape. Seriously, amazing. And, I have to say that both you and Tracey have some major hair going on there. (And you both look more beautiful today than back when this picture was taken.)

I kinda like the hair you have right now. Back then, that was all good, but I doubt you feel real comfortable going out with that hair now!

And ?, how did David breath with all that tape? Thank goodness Eli hasn't done that one yet.

That hair is pretty crazy.. I wonder if big hair will ever come back??

and I have NO idea how David was breathing through the tape...I probably should have thought of that....

David was making a hockey mask, of course. As for the hair, good grief, how can hair spray do that? I'm glad I was a child of the sixties (long and straight). Tell Alex he can help with pancakes when we have our family outing with gram. He'll need to bring the food coloring and sprinkles.

I sure hope big hair doesn't come back - it has saved me so much time!! My Laurels always laugh when people post old pictures of me on Facebook and I had big hair. I told them that one day their Young Women will laugh at their old pictures!

It's a goalie mask on David, don't you think? Rave #8! That's crazy! My favorite was always purple aqua net...yes, the aerosol can.
